This thing is great! I wish the pages were stitched to the leather but the leather feels great! I’ve used it for 3 years now I believe, and the pages have had some weather affect but very slight. I’m a huge traveler so this thing has been a lot and no damage on it reflects that whatsoever. The paper could have been a bit better quality. Hard to erase.

I honestly really love this journal. It's just what I was looking for, and a bit more really. I'm new the journaling world but i wanted a soft leather cover, this was my first requirement. This journal covers that base perfectly well, it doesnt get in the way while writing and goes back to its original position without issue. You dont have to bend it 50 times to get it to stay open, it's honestly pretty perfect.The cool part I really like, and wasnt explicitly looking for, is that its refillable. This is a really nice feature, I can buy different inserts for different purposes and get new ones as I fill in what I have. I also love the texture of the paper, I never heard of cotton paper before but its superb.10/10 I hope this company doesn't go under so I can continue to get refills for life.

Love this journal. I use it to write down recipes I want to remember. Perfect size and exactly what I expected.

This is the size journal I carry in my bag everyday. I bought this one, which is refillable and it’s gorgeous. BUT 3 reasons why I returned it. 1. The paper it comes w is blank paper. I prefer lines. But the deciding factors were 2. this company doesn’t currently have refills available for their journals. Apparently there are refills available on Amazon from other companies. I looked forever and found what I thought would fit. When I got both the refill paper and journal in the mail, the refill wasn’t the right one. And 3. The flap that holds the pad of paper in the journal needs to be about 1/2” wider. I was working w the one I bought before I sent it back, and the paper wants to slip out of the flap at the width the flap is now. To their credit, they did answer a question about refill paper and they said they’ll have it available at some point. I gave the journal 3 stars because the journal is gorgeous, but get the refill paper and think about making that flap perhaps 1/2” wider and I’ll rebuy and change to 5 stars Thank you.

I was looking for a journal to sketch in when I found this one. I loved the look of it, which to me it resembles the one used by Arthur Morgan in the game Red Dead Redemption 2. So I bought it. I received this ahead of schedule which I was really happy with. Once opened I was greeting with an extremely strong chemical smell. It made me rather dizzy to use it so I had to wait for the smell to wear off. The leather is nice and the pages are thick. I was able to use calligraphy pens without it bleeding through. One problem I ran into was when sketching. I tried to erase and the paper started to thin and ball up. I had to stop drawing because of the thin spot and it ended up messing up the whole picture. I’m also having a hard time getting the pages to stay in the pockets on the inside of the leather jacket. I do still like the product but it does have some flaws.

This journal is exactly as advertised. The leather is soft and pliable, and the stitching is solid and of good quality. It did come with a couple of small scratches on the cover, but since I plan on using it for years to come that didn’t bother me as it will get scratched anyway. It comes with a refillable journal of thick cloth paper. I’m using it as a writing journal with the Sakura Pigma Micron 03 archival ink pen and the ink does not bleed through the pages. I really enjoy writing on the paper. Would make a nice gift.

I'm very happy with this product. There was a pretty good scratch in the leather, but I'm keeping it because I know that there will be more as I use it over time. But if it was in the store and I saw the scratch I would have purchased a different one without it. Or gotten a discount. On behalf of the seller, I didn't contact them.
