Whilst the product appears to be of quality etc Unfortunately there are no instructions on how to mix it, or how much enima this pack makes. Therefore impossible to actually use without further information.

I haven’t done a coffee enema since 2021 and only because I had emergency life saving surgery on my bowel. And no it wasn’t the coffee enema why I needed the surgery but the surgeon did compliment me on how clean my bowel was after my surgery 🤣 I originally started doing coffee enemas alongside doing a keto diet. I was a little over 30 stone and in the space of 3 years got my weight down to 17st 2lbs. Since my surgery the weight has just piled back on and doing the keto on its own has not yielded the same results. So I did my enema this morning and wow just wow, I’d forgotten how good afterwards you feel. Looking forward to doing my next one and getting back to losing weight again. The coffee smells and looks like previous coffee enemas I’ve used before but doesn’t require as much like the others to get the same results. I would highly recommend this 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
