Very good product. I like that it was shipped in a jar instead of plastic. However I unknowingly dropped the jar! I would buy again even tho the taste is hard to swallow and may be easier in capsules. If you can get past the taste I think the quality is better than capsules. Adding a little stevia helps me.

Dislike becose is damaged.

I was told this product is great for diabetes and lowers the blood glucose. It is extremely bitter, yet I managed to consume it daily. It had no affect on my blood glucose. It may be a good quality product. I wouldn't really know about that, but didn't do what I thought would do.

Highly priced will never buy this again

1.Bad smell 2. Horrible taste 3. Just as bad after taste 4. Does not dissolve well 5. Be prepared to re-taste as noted in #4, it get stuck in your teeth. Initial impression from everyone in the kitchen: "what stinks" Since I am stuck with this because I have barely finished the first container. It has an advisory on the back that you should finish the container within a month after opening. I fear how worse it will get after that. All this for health reasons. I think I may be able to deal with side effects after this.
