Contains enzymes and bacillus coagulan.
Natrica is a California based brand that seems to be sold only on Amazon. It is “bottled in USA“ but it is unclear where the ingredients come from. This probiotic formula contains cranberry seed powder, digestive enzymes, and “Lactospore” which is bacillus coagulan. This probiotic is said to be heat resistant and not destroyed by drinking hot liquids with it. It does not have to be refrigerated like some probiotics. The cellulose capsules contain magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide as fillers. I have no idea whether the claims made for this product are true. According to WebMD, Bacillus coagulan has not been proven effective for human use, but there are many users who claim it was helpful. Probiotics can be problematic for people with small intestine bacterial overgrowth. Personally, I did not notice any ill affects from this product, although I hear increased stomach gurgling. Probiotics in general are very trendy right now, but retain your skepticism. Who knows?

For My IBS Cat
I have a cat with IBS-like digestive problems and she's too young to put on steroids as the vet suggested. She tends to have gas and diarrhea and it's difficult to restrict her diet since there are five other felines in the house. I'm started putting a pinch of digestive enzyme (I empty a capsule into a container and take my pinches from there.) It's definitely helping. I decided to try this American-made product because it has cranberry seed powder and that's always good for cats.I'm being very conservative with the dosage for now, but she's passing gas less frequently and is having better movements. Likely, I'll up the size of the pinch slightly. I just want to be sure not to overdo it.

Not the Best Probiotics
I have h pylori and occasionally take probiotics when I've had some spicy food I'm not supposed to eat, as it aggravates the symptoms. Unfortunately this supplement didn't do anything for me. My upset stomach wasn't soothed that much taking it. And no wonder - the ingredients don't appear to be that potent - it includes rice flour and cranberry seed powder. It might be good for people with mild stomach issues but for people like me I'm better off drinking Kombucha tea or even cranberry juice.

Not enough variety
For me this was one of those ‘almost good’ products. I liked that it had cranberry and I was curious about the DigiZyme.*DigiZyme, by the way, is a registered product that is supposed to help in the breakdown of mylase, lactase, cellulose, lipase and protease. It’s a product, that if you research, you’ll see on a lot of muscle building websites. What I found after taking it was inconclusive. But I know that people respond differently to probiotics so it might work for you. Certainly it caused me no gastric distress.I would continue trying this product except for the fact that it doesn’t have a lot of bacterial options. There’s basically Lactospore (15 billion of ‘em) and that’s it. I’d like to see a few other varieties.

It seems to have helped me
It's very difficult to honestly review most supplements, since in my experience, very few have dramatic effects, and even fewer have effects that can be clearly attributed to the product and can be noticed in a month or two. But I can cautiously say that I've noticed a positive change to my digestive system--a reduction in gut discomfort I'd been experiencing for months--after using this product for several weeks. I've used other probiotics, so the difference with this priduct may be the inclusion of the prebiotics. So, worth a shot.
