On the day I got it, the plastic it was put in was dusty and had hairs on it. When I listened to audio, it worked at first, but had a crackling noise if the AUX cord was moved in a weird way. A ringing noise would play the entire time, too. When I unplugged it from the phone and charger and plugged everything back, the audio did not work with the headphones. It simply stopped playing in the headphones and played on the phone’s speakers. The problem is not my headphones, I’ve checked them on other devices.I tried turning my phone off and on again, replugging everything in, even adjusting the cable and plug. It did not work. It even took nearly TWO MONTHS to deliver when I had ordered in early to mid February, and it arrived in late March. Very disappointed. Seller also continued to change the product name and pictures.

It does it’s job however the unit needs shielding in the wiring. It picks up a lot of noise from the electronics in the vehicle.

setting it up took a while but I emailed them and they helped. However, even after being plugged and connecting to Bluetooth, it will show lower battery then when before it was plugged in? Also, I can hear a background noise on the headphones.

The adapter does well - was surprised when it first arrived. Now a few months down the road, there has been some additional noise that I've noticed when nothing is playing but my iPhone 7 is connected. Kind of annoying but it isn't bad when any audio is playing.

Don’t get! NOT working after a week. I'm very disappointed.
