Good bedtime story
A little short as my seven year old put it. :) We enjoyed the story very much and wished it was longer.

Too short!
The vocabulary wasn't appropriate for a 4-year-old. Words like "resiliant" and "stoic" make no sense to that age child. It was also way, too short., with no adequate ending. We were both shocked that the book was all of a sudden just ! I won't be purchasing another.

Very good
My daughter loves it. Her favourite animal is a unicorn 🦄 too,so she related to it instantly. I liked how she ended the story good learning about strength and resilience.

Story was creative but there were no pictures inside
My 3 year old pointed to this book on the kindle so we ordered it. There were no illustrations in the book and the story was fun but a bit advanced for a 3 year old to grasp. Overall, the author wrote a pretty creative story, but I would have liked to see more pictures in the book. My daughter loved the cover of this book so after purchasing this one, I tried to find another unicorn book with some illustrations inside and found that this one was perfect for my daughter: Sparkle the Brave Unicorn, http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VP9OMF4

~~A life lesson in this one~~
For ages from 1 to 12 and grades P to 6. This would be for the upper end of those ages.I thought it was short, sweet and the text had a lot of words for the children to learn if not familiar with them. Scrutinized, interrupted, verify and enveloped are four examples.In addition to the educational portion, there is also a lesson in life included. Stand tall, be silent but be proud',Most highly recommended.
