My hands felt much softer and smoother within two days of using this. The packaging suggests putting on once a day, I instead use it before bed as I find that's the best time to moisturise hands. No noticeable difference in terms of anti adding yet but that takes longer to see. All in all, a good buy.

Nice cream which soon dried. However, for all the suggested benefits none were produced on my hands.

It was not very moisturising at all. It didn't do much for my hands. For the price I was expecting a more effective product.

Hand cream

I suffer with really dry skin on my hands which makes them look alot older than I actually am (31) I've used soany different creams and serums and none of them worked as well or as quick as this. The picture is a before (left) and after (right). The serum says to apply and wait 15 mins, after the 15 minutes there was a massive difference. My hand looked and felt alot smoother. It has now been about 4 hours since I first applied and my hands still look so much better. My hand doesn't look scaley anymore! I absolutely love this, it has worked wonders for me and I'm so pleased I finally have something that makes my hands look so much better and younger.The Serum itself has a creamy colour to it and doesn't feel as greasy as some serums do. I used 1 pump per hand and that was enough. I just massaged it in and it took next to no time to be touch dry. It absorbed really quickly without any sticky residue left behind. I'm really surprised and pleased with this after just one use so after a few uses my hands will be majorly improved.This is an absolutely brilliant Serum and yes it is a bit more pricey than other hand moisturisers but this is so much better. Its not ridiculously expensive which is great, and as you only need a little amount per day it will definitely last a while. If like me, your not happy with how your hands look and feel or just want to give them a hydrating boost then I highly recommend this, I really do. It promises to reduce the look of wrinkles by 21% after 15 minutes. You can see from the pictures of my hand it delivers on that promise. It seems a bit odd to be using a serum on your hands because we're used to applying rich creams that more obviously soothe and moisturise the hands. This serum is used in much smaller quantities and as you smooth the serum over your hands it virtually disappears but leaves a silicone-like thin coating on the skin. Dimethicone (a silicone oil) is one of the bigger ingredients along with some more natural oils and extracts. The effect feels much more like a thin coating on the hands rather than any kind of deep moisturisation but the effect is quite pleasant. I think you can feel more effect than you can see and I can't say I saw my skin tighten or smooth in 15 minutes as they promise.It's a small bottle, just 30ml, but since you don't use it in the same quantity as a conventional hand cream maybe that's okay. If you're applying a serum to your face you'd normally follow up with a moisturiser and I'm not clear if that's what should happen after using this hand serum, it might make some sense especially for use as an overnight treatment. Otherwise it's hard to say this serum does anything that significant and I don't see it as being that useful used through the day in lieu of a hand cream. It's not a bad product, it's just a bit underwhelming and I can only see it working as part of a bigger treatment.

INSTANT EFFECTS HAND SUPER SERUM 30ml is a pleasure to use on my dry sore hands and it smells divine. I love this product and it is one which I personally would purchase again. I applied it directly on to the back of my hands which is the area that shows my age more. It leaves my skin soft and looking good. I also applied it to my cuticles and the difference this product is evident and for me, this is one of the best hand serums I have had the pleasure of using.I like the fact that this hand serum is only to be used one a day. No reapplication needed even after washing using soap and water. The longer you use it the improvement of the skin of your hands is more noticeable. I myself noticed an improvement after the first use as the serum brought much needed intense moisture into my hands. It is a pleasure to use this once a day, use a more basic hand cream throughout the day, then the hand serum last thing at night.An excellent product which I am happy to recommend.
