Seacoast - 18 Oz Glass Juice Bottles With Regular 18/10 Steel Caps (6, Designer)

These are comically poor quality. The glass bottles appears to have been taken out of the mold while too hot, and the glass sagged or distorted before it cooled down enough to maintain its' shape. Looking at the glass bottles is kind of like looking at a funhouse mirror. One reviewer said that they would buy some as gifts, and that their friends would be impressed at with the quality of these. I don't think so. I am keeping these because it's not worth sending them back, and they will actually serve my function of storing a premix of ingredients for alcoholic drinks. They will sit in a refrigerator until the mix is ready to use. Strangely, the caps appear to be of very good quality. This surprised me because many reviewers said the caps were no good. I have not tested these for leakage. Many people said the glass was too thin and subject to breakage. The two I received are of a reasonable thickness. . Anyway, I will have a good chuckle every time I use these, and maybe they will look normal after a bunch of drinks!! I would check out the local dollar store to see if you could get better quality for a dollar or so. Amazingly poor quality!!Update 3/21/18 OK, I had to raise my rating on these bottles to three stars! They work just fine for storing premixes of ingredients, as mentioned above. I use these in my home bar refrigerator and, except for the strange warping of the glass, they are great. The glass is thick enough that it is unlikely to break, and the caps are completely leak proof. What can I say? I'm going to buy a couple more.

Only one worked . the other ones the lid didn’t close well at all

These are terrific bottles. And the customer service is very good. Thank You! Years ago was my first set and they are still going strong. But decided to get 2 more sets to keep full of water in the refrigerator for grab and go (instead of the plastic water bottles from store) No more reusing the gross plastic things. Yes they are heavier than the plastic but that is because they are glass. So easy to clean with the sponge top bottle cleaner with extendable handle that I purchased (3pack) so it reaches all the way to the bottom. I have used these for my smoothies, protein drinks and tea.

Only issue is with the lidsI bought 12 bottles out of the 12 bottles 4 of the lids do not tighten at all and simple pop off. the bottles themselves are great however the remaining bottle lids that seem to work seem to give the impression that i will need to be very aware of my turn on the lid or they to will malfunction. They arrived in great bubble wrap seller wraps the bottles good to ensure no broken glass.

The bottles are perfect for my needs however I could only give them 3 stars. One was broken in shipment and the ‘metal’ cap is actually a just a thin metal cover over a plastic lid. The metal cover comes off the plastic lid when trying to close or open the top which is a major flaw in construction.

This is the second time I am ordering these bottles. I as v very pleased with the first time and even wrote a very good review praising the metal caps as they don't rust. However, with this order two of the metal caps come apart. In one, the little steel cap falls out of of the lid and into the glass. bottle. The other cap has the whole inside - cap and rubber ring fall out of the cap and get stuck in the neck of the bottle. I wrote the above complaint about a week ago and was assured a response within 2 day from the seller. Have not heard from them.

The only concern I can say for the product is that one of the bottles were delivered to me broken. Aside from that, they are nice bottles. Perfect sized and for my main needs, they were suited for its purpose. I wish that packaging was done a lot better because it sucks that the bottle arrived broken and I would have to return all of them even though it was just one. I choose not too because of timing. Again, good product, safe arrival and packaging not so great.

I use these to store and carry home made green juice. for the most part they work well because you can't really go wrong with glass. just make sure you have a brush that will fit inside them for cleaning. the reason for only 3 stars is that the caps/lids are not very good. they leak. you have to keep the bottle upright during transport. if you find this out the hard way it's a real pain cleaning up the mess. so I hope you read this first.
