With a bit a frosting on top, it would be the perfect cake...I used to imagine gluten-free baked goods as something dry that you had to choke down. But when you get the ratios right this is not the case at all.And this wonderful almond flour cake is a prime example.💚..Best suited for gluten-free & vegans✅..This cake turned out great! Hard to believe it’s just jowar & sweet potato cake.Very light and fluffy and I ate half of it already 😂So good! Moist and just the right sweetness.

My daughter is sadly gluten dairy and peanut intolerant. We were so sad she could enjoy cakes. This is so God sent for us!! Thanks a lot serapheena! God bless the creators of the recipe ..! Pls come up woth gluten dairy fee chocolates and biscuits too. Please!

The taste of this product was on point even when I had not used the entire sweetener packet that was provided. The products mentioned seemed very healthy. But I tried the eggless version and baked for 40 minutes at 180 degrees but the cake did not rise at all. The end product left me disappointed but the taste of it was great. I had added about 15-20gm of curd to it since I was baking without eggs, but I now wonder that part should have been excluded. I have earlier baked the La Casa cake mixes with butter, milk and 20gm of curd and they had turned out perfectly spongy. May be I will try baking this product again with eggs.

I wasn't expecting it to taste so good as is the case with most health foods. But i have to say either my wife has dramatically improved her baking skills or the credit goes to the cake mix. We made cupcakes and they turned out excellent, lovely texture, moist and delicious. Will surely be ordering more flavors soon, cant wait to try the other flavors.

All the cakes in the series taste great, with the coffee cake being the best tasting. And being gluten free, they are a healthy alternative for everyone in the family. My only complaints would be the lesser amount of ingredients which makes for a pretty small cake. Also, I usually do the egg version, but this time I tried the eggless recipe on the pack and that did not turn out as good.

Loved the taste. Even my daughter who is very choosy about sweet foods loved the cake. Easy to make. But would need more instructions for someone who has never baked before. Though not reducing stars for that.Loved that they used raw cane sugar instead of white sugar. Hope you come up with more gluten free, casein free recipes.

The pack said that a silicon baking shape is free, I didn't receive that.Istead a pack of wafers (healthy rice wafer) were sent.I expected the mould as offered so felt disappointed.
