We received a Blu-Ray player that had been stored in a closet. The unit was in new condition, but the batteries had been left in the remote. After cleaning the remote, it still did not work even with fresh batteries. The Blu-Ray player required the remote for some functions. We received the new remote, and the remote and Blu-Ray player work exactly as they should.

This remote is a perfect match to the one our dog destroyed. It is identical to the one that came with our BluRay Player, and works perfectly as a replacement.

That it is smaller and more compact (fits my hand). IT works great, I see no difference from the original one I lost

I did not have any problems with this remote. It did not require pairing, just put in batteries, and you're good to go.

This item came promptly and in great condition.On the down side:It is very small and I have big hands so half the time I cross-press control buttons or press the wrong button entirely. Secondly, I haven’t been able to figure out how to keep this device from performing operations on the other electronic devices in the room.Otherwise it’s an okay device.
