Maybe not so great for the contortionist in the family, but should be good for everyone else.
I like it. I will however, say that I have to move around a lot to find a good stretch for me. I don't really find that it would be fair to mark it down too much for that, because I'm NOTORIOUSLY super flexible. So to the average person, this is probably a good stretch for them. Only 4 stars to "warn" those of us who are just shy of being contortionists. This may not help you...but again, it has helped me. And every chiropractor and physical therapist I've had has made comments about how ridiculously limber I am.

Perfect PT tool for my tiptoeing toddler
Our therapist asked us to look for a foam wedge to help our tiptoeing toddler stretch his calves and Achilles. This comes with 2 wedges which actually worked out perfect for us. Now big brother can get in on the action too and we play fun games so the toddler doesn’t even know he is really stretching.

Deceptive photo - quite small
The photo makes this look larger than it is. Ten inches wide is wide enough for both of my feet to feet on, but they are very close together. I wear men's size 9 US. If you're a man with larger feet or want have a gap between your feet I can see this being a problem. Also, where did they find this woman with giant calves and doll-sized feet?

physical therapy
These wedges are exactly what I wanted for home stretching of my calf muscles. I am getting physical therapy for my knee and these are better than the ones I use at the PT place. I also use them for mini squats (but the other way around).

Happy with these so far, but will see how they hold up down the road.
Nice and solid, just the right height and angle.

A little too soft
I purchased these foam slants as a lower cost alternative to the OPTP slants recommended by my physical therapist. The Squad Goods Foam Slant Wedge is not as firm as the OPTP one that I am using at physical therapy. It squishes too much under my foot for my liking.

Feels So Good
Feels like your feet are slowing sinking in the sand! In needed this for some physical therapy. It is much cheaper than the wooded ones and does it job! It gives a wonderful calf stretch and feels oh so good.
