Replace on a 1999 bass boat and works great

Connector was exact replacement for my 1998 Nitro 700 LX boat. Easy to install and works well.

Perfect replacement for my ‘99 Nitro.

I purchased a new Marinco receptacle and plug to go with a new trolling motor. I wanted everything to work perfectly so I replaced the plug and receptacle. I had no issues once hooked up and running in the garage. While on the water for the first time the power to the trolling motor would cut off. I double checked my connections and confirmed the receptacle was receiving 24 volts and the plug connections were tight. When I plugged it in again I found that the power would go on and off based on how I twisted and turned the plug. The power continued to cut in and out for the rest of the day. My conclusion was there was a bad connection between the plug and the receptacle.The next day I bypassed the plug and receptacle and the trolling motor worked as designed. I got to spend that day fishing!I reached out directly to Marinco. I was pleased with their customer service. They promptly replaced the defective parts. Connection is now working as expected.

fit like oem in my 95 nitro boat. exactly what i needed. works great.

The replacement is an exact fit to my old bass boat’s receptacle. BUT one of the four legs is kind of loose. Haven’t taken the boat out on the water but willUpdate after a few harsh waves to see if the thing breaks.
