The contents are just dried spices. You mix it up with your own, mushed-up avocados.

Q: Did the label change?

McCormick has two different packaging for mild and spicy both. I have never compare the ingredients. And on Amazon one is cheaper than the other. But to me I think they both taste the same. I use the spicy. McCormick is the only brand I will eat. YUM
