Surprisingly solid safe for its size, runs off 4AA batteries which came in the box, also has 2 keys to open it. Not a bad deal for the price.

good little safe only problem is the the key pad isn't functional at all the slots the battery's go in are not lined up properly with so the battery's they shift which is causing the key pad to not work at all which is a shame as that was the reason it was bought as it had a keypad and a key entry, would have returned it but it still works so ..eh

The media could not be loaded.  Within the first few weeks of use the code stopped working. I replaced the batteries and reprogrammed it and it worked. ONCE then lost the code again. Changed the batteries again. Changed the code again. Worked once again and lost it. Started using the key to open it. That worked for about 2 weeks then I started having to mess with it for the thing to open. After dealing with 10 minute increments of trying to get it open I decided to take my stuff out of it. I contacted amazon and they walked me through how to program it and how to use a key as if I was stupid and don’t know how. After they established it was defective they told me they were contacting the manufacturer to go through warranty and someone would contact me within 24 hours. That was several months ago and I’m still waiting for that call. I finally purchased another safe from a different company and haven’t had any issues. I would only recommend this safe to anyone who wants a constant headache and fear of not being able to get to your emergency funds in a timely manner or ever again without having to cut it open. I am providing a video of the constant headache I’ve endured with this thing.

Nice small safe box ...sturdy and nice built...the master key system is good along with the keypad...the reset button is also easy to access...overall good purchase.

Its a compact safe box which takes just a small space in your closet. If you are looking to keep small documents like passport or jewelry, it's a good buy.

Holds everything I need to keep safe. I haven’t mounted it anywhere. Just hidden and works perfectly.
