Works great on a 2016 Harley Davidson
I bought this adapter to connect my earbuds to the audio system on my 2016 FLHTK. The adapter was shipped quickly, arrived in great shape, and works perfectly. It is very sturdy and much better than the previous adapter I had used. Note: this adapter allows audio reception only from the onboard Harley Boom Box system to a set of wired headphones. It does not support the transmission of audio from a headset to a passenger or via CB.

Quality Adaptor, But It Picks Up A Lot Of Engine Noise.
I originally order one of these to be able to use my wired in ear monitors on my 2022 Harley Davidson Street Glide. When it arrived it had a short in the 1/8" side of it. (you could wiggle it and the audio would cut in and out) So they sent me a replacement (only after I sent the bad one back to them) and it worked fine. Until I started the bike. It picks up a ton of engine noise that is really annoying. Especially when the music is at a low volume or it's in-between tracks. I'm not sure what to do about it at this point. I had a similar one that I used on my Honda F6B and it too had a little noise, but nothing like this one.I'm not really sure what to do at this point? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Quality plugs, but questionable cable manufacturing.
Had to repair it. The left channel cable was being squeezed too hard, and broke inside the strain relief of the DIN plug. The actual *plugs* are good quality, but the quality control in the manufacturing process of the *cable* could have been better. Cable works fine after I repaired it.

Nice little cable, has a quality feel to it...
I needed it for my 20 year old B&O Century. Works well, however most 3.5 mm sources (iPhones, iPads, Bluetooth adapters, Airplay adapters) have a signal level lower than the built-in sources (FM, CD, Cassette). This means that the volume needs to be cranked up higher when playing these 3.5 mm sources via the AUX input.

Needed this adapter to allow me to physically hook up ...
Needed this adapter to allow me to physically hook up my helmet communication system to my Honda Goldwing intercom. The item works perfectly and fits exactly. Price was fair as well

Great product
The screw that holds the case over the plug came off so I can't use it nymore. I will check the next one. I do like this item. I like to use my earplugs out on the open road.

Works for streaming music with Chromecast Audio to Bang and Olufsen receiver/speakers
I have a Beosound 4000 Receiver (CD/Tape player plus radio) and a pair of Beo Lab 4 speakers. After reading an article on Google's Chromecast audio, I decided to try see if I can stream music to the BeoLab speakers from my phone through Chromecast audio. Chromecast Audio comes with a 3.5 mm male audio plug. while B&O equipment use DIN connections for the speakers and the auxiliary plug in. I wrote to B&O for advice. They told me to order a 5-Pin DIN male to RCA type (twin red & white) adapter from B&O stores plus a RCA to 3.5 mm adapter from Amazon. Fortunately, I found this DIN to 3.5 mm adapter and ordered it instead. It was shipped immediately and arrived within 2 days. And it works! I am able to cast music from Google Play Music to the B&O speakers without any problem.
