One of the colors was fade, about 25% less of the real color.

The Product may or may not work great - but one would not know because the cartridges are unusable due to an HP Lock Cartridge feature that 99% of all HP users dont know about. I did not know until I tried to use these cartridges. To explain: you insert a brand new HP cartridge into an HP printer and then the HP printer tells the Chip on the HP cartridge that it may only be used in this particular HP printer and no other. H of T did not check to see if the cartridges were "protected" and did not change or reset the chip. Perhaps it is only one of the cartridges that missed resetting - no matter - it is not recommended to remove and test and re insert because the ink will flow once you take the cartridge out... Therefore, my joy at finding a really good priced replacement Ink Cartridge is null. I do not recommend this product. We, the buying public should not have to worry about these issues - we should be able to buy, install, and use the product. One of the ten cartridges that I received was floating in its own ink but thankfully inside a sealed plastic pouch. H of T by all other measures presents well and professional and this issue may just be with HP. On that note, I would highly recommend sending HP a message by Never buying an HP Ink Jet Printer - of course if you see this review you probably already have one.

The company and the service was good, very pleased with that part of it. The product, re-used ink cartridges for HP printer, the price was good, but the quality of the product was not what I wanted to deal with. You get many more cartridges for the money, but that all evens out due to an EXTREMELY short life of each cartridge. I used easily 3 of the re used to one purchased from HP. So all in all, it evens out for the money. I will not use re manufactured printer ink cartridges again.

The Product Works and Was Exactly What Was Advertised. The Only Con I Can Say I Had Was Packaging. When It Arrived There Was Ink Everywhere In The Package. I Contacted The Seller Who Simply Said Wipe The Product Down With Warm Soap And Waster And It Should Still Be Useful. though It Worked, I Was Left With A Big Mess And A Few Stains.Again, The product Has Worked Out Great. Packaging Is Not The Best. So If You Don't Mind Doing A Little Extra Clean Up...Its Worth The Buy.

Received in good time. Product is Packed and seems very well done except the black did not dry right. It would smear when dry and get all over your fingers. The other 3 colors were ok. I had a black cartridge of my own and everything is coming out grreat. I will try one of the other blacks later and see what happens. It might be just a bad one. Things happen. If the other blacks are OK I will order them again.

This is a constant issue if you print a lot.I did not get the typical error message people mentioned in reviews.These are nice to have on hand, ample prints and great quality without leaks or damage to printer.In the past I have overpaid for the oem ink, ruined a printer with the refill stores, made a mess with the fill it yourself with a syringe kit. Time value of money says my time is worth having a bunch shipped to my home so I can go about my day and not drive around spending more money than I save. This is the best way to go.

What a great discovery! I have a HP Photosmart 5520 and this ink has worked perfectly. I run a home daycare and homeschool, so we use ink quite a bit and it was becoming very expensive. I had no problems installing the ink and have had great success in print quality. I've only had one smudge of black ink, but nothing a cleaning cycle didn't cure. Since it is not the HP Brand, my computer is constantly telling me I'm out of ink, so I do have to go off print quality to know when I need to reuse. But that is well worth the price!

These cartridges are GREAT; at a fraction of the cost of brand-name cartridges. I hate the prices the major printer makers charge. They could give the printers away free, and still make a tidy profit from the ongoing sales of their over price ink! I am glad there are high quality aftermarket ink cartridges like these available. Years ago they tended to to be hard to find, and of unreliable quality. As the instructions that came with these"House of Toners" cartridges" explained, contrary to the information put out by the big Corporations, and popular opinion, using Non-brand name cartridges does not destroy your printer! These guys deserve 5 stars!
