We used all types of valve stem extenders before installing this product and they leaked. Problem solved with this product and now the tires are easy to fill up. Works great with my ear pressure monitoring system as well.Kathy A. Payton review above is misleading. I believe she was trying to put this kit on aluminum wheels. It’s specific it is specifically made for steel wheels.

These Dually metal valve stems are a Must for Sprinter based Class C RVs between 2013 until 2018 with all Steel (not Alcoa) rims. The Inside (long) valve stem comes with a round stabilizer rubber disc, that goes into one of the 16 outside steel rim holes, and keeps the valve stem in its position. This product makes it a lot easier to check/adjust rear tire pressures. In addition, these metal valve stems allow for the installation of a valve-cap type TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors. There are similar valve stem replacements available for Sprinters with Aluminum outside Dually rims (the rubber stabilizer has a different shape on those).

The valve kit is the perfect solution for our 25ft motorhome. Until they were installed it was extremely difficult to check the tire pressure of the inside rear wheels. We had a local tire company install the extenders and also a TPMS system so we can keep an eye on tire pressure and temperature from the TPMS monitor as we are driving.

Only the rear long (inside wheels) stems worked on our Sprinter RV. The rest didn’t fit! Also our installer had to change the internal stem part because they were only rated to 35 psi...needed to max 80 for our tires. Even the rubber supports didn’t fit the wheels so couldn’t use those either! Very expensive for what worked!!!!

Gave it 5 stars big mistake. Wanted to order 4 more rubber stem supports. Told them I would pay for them. What they sent me do not even fit my stems. I give up. Will try to make something myself. 1 star would be more fitting

There are a lot of options out there, glad I chose this one.The vendor checked with me personally to be sure that I received the correct product for my 2018 Winnebago Navion, my local truck tire shop installed them for me for $110 and confirmed that I had made a good choice.Now I can easily check tire pressures before a trip.

We originally had flex tube type extenders that became a pain and broke. Installed the Accu-Pressure extenders on my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter class c motor home. What an improvement!
