This set is much better than I actually expected! I'm in a long-term therapy program recuperating from ankle surgery, and I have incorporated these into my home exercises focusing on leg stretching and rebuilding strength in both ankles. The adjustable straps fit my feet securely for a variety of stretching and strength exercises. The hand-held straps/bars are very comfortable, even with a good deal of resistance being applied. There are five levels of resistance bands, each color coded, so it makes it easy to keep track of what level I'm at for which movement. The carrying pouch is helpful as I've taken these to my physical therapy appointments a couple of times to get recommendations on use from my Physical Therapist. I've used them twice daily for a full week thus far and it appears that they're going to last.

There were instructions for the resistance straps, but no instructions for the bands & other equipment. Searched the Internet & could not find any instruction manuals for this equipment.
