Cute but non-functional.
One star for quality; poor. One extra star because it is attractive, I just wish if was functional. I have had this badge holder in use for exactly one week and I have had to reposition the peg that holds the spring and clip to the body of the badge back in to the holes twice now. Also, the clip is not robust enough. Most of these badge holders have almost serrations on the arm of the clip to help keep the badge holder in place on your clothes. This does not have the customary serrations--just the tip of the metal clip is bent down and apparently this is supposed to be enough to hold the badge holder on to clothes when one is pulling the badge out to use it. 7 out of 10 times it pulls right off my clothes. It is cute, but definitely not functional. I would avoid this item if I were you.

Terrible terrible
Terrible. It's thick and heavy so on my jeans, it tends to a) tip over forward and looks sloppy b) it's constantly falling off then after a week once it fell off the entire face of it fell off and now it's a plain, black, and crappy badge clip. Save your money

Circular piece fell off
The first day I used it, the entire piece with rhinestones flung off when I went to clock in with my badge....I mean I guess I can superglue it but in my opinion it should not have done that

Sturdy
Love the sparkle. The only negative is the alligator clip doesn’t have ridges so if I pull out my badge to use a badge tap to open a door for example, sometimes it easily slips off my scrub top. But other than that, it feels like it’ll last a while.

Cute but bulky
Effective and cute, but it is a bit bulky. The round piece is thicker in width than I realized when purchasing.
