TrainRite Compact Fitness Journal - Muscles + Mascara - Turquoise (Exercise Log Book)

Product Description doesn't let you know that it measures 4" x 5", and I was not expecting such a tiny book for the price tag. In my pix is a 6" x 8" notebook 7 times the thickness for $8. On the right is a notebook for $2.95. In the middle the workout book for $16. Mine's going back, just on poor value. I hope manufacturer gets the feedback they need to make a better product for consumers. Great idea, not executed well.

Perfect size, I like the different categories for cardio and strength training. However, $16 for this compact booklet is a little much. However, it will be used till there ain’t no more pages to turn!

So tiny! Thought it would be a bit bigger but good for in your gym bag.

Not happy about the price i just paid for a tiny notebook but it's pretty.

Love this book!! It’s the perfect size. There are plenty of spaces for reps and sets when I do drop sets or pyramids. Places to write notes are great too!!

Absolutely love these journals. I've been tracking my workouts in a scrappy old notebook, it was all over the place. The layout of these journals allows me to properly track and compare my workouts for easy, optimum results! I love planning my workouts now. Thank you TrainRite!!
