I actually ordered this mat for yoga. I am a plus sized woman with bad knees and I wanted maximum cushioning for when I get down on the floor. The mat is firm but still feels more comfortable for my knees than a regular yoga mat. Even though it is thicker than a regular yoga mat it still stays secure on the floor. I like the fact that it folds away and has a handle to grab. Most of the time I just keep it in my exercise room but when company comes I fold it up to not attract the kids to rough house on it.

Functional and easy
Bought this for my 11 yo daughter to practice gymnstics....she loves it....its also light enough for her to carry, set up, and put back on her own when she's done

My son loves his matt!!It is great I love it to.Also it's a jack of all tradesOf course he does his gymnastics on it. But we also can use it to build an awesome forts or a comfy place to lay down an watch tv. Lol
