Package arrived without any protection or cushioning. The top part of the tea pot and 1 out of four cups were broken. I would have not return it if the cup was not broken, the top part of the pot would be an easy fix. Its a beautiful set, so disappointed that it arrived broken. I'll update my review once I get the replacement.

Beautiful tea set, but one of the cups came completely broken in multiple pieces. Seems a bit silly to go through Amazon’s new return policy just for one broken cup. Otherwise a lovely item!

Teeny tiny. Beautiful color but just too small

Perfectly packaged. Love it. Not too heavy, easy to clean great for evening tea before bed or for after dinner.

I bought this tea set as a graduation gift and it’s so pretty! Nice quality as well...

I sent it as a gift to my daughter, but my two-year old granddaughter has adopted it as her own. So it must be a good thing.

cheap and beautiful as well as functional unfortunately it was also broken so I had to send it back.
