Scotch Super Glue Gel in Precision Applicator, .14 Ounces (AD125)

My apartment complex is cheap. They installed the cheapest blinds possible! Seriously I have seen the wind blow one off and it cracked in half- I threw that one away, but I recently used this glue in each little plastic part that they click into and guess what? I HAVEN'T HAD ONE FALL OFF SINCE! Great glue,dries quickly and functions as advertised.

It was by happenstance that I read a post by somebody who mentioned the products they use when constructing plastic scale models, and he said 3M was his CA of choice where CA is appropriate. I didn't even know they made CA, much less that it comes in a variety of flavors. I mostly use the gel, which is a surprising consistency when first encountered. And I find that the tiny tubes are the most convenient (I never thought that would be the case). This stuff has made a huge difference in the quality of my photo-etched parts builds/attachments.

This glue worked very well, and not need for long clamp time. The only problem with the left over glue in the bottle gets hard fast, so you need to use it all in a short time. It does hold parts together if clean.

Best of the best imo. Hasn’t failed me yet with any project or fix.

Very difficult to use!I like that it’s a a gel, so it’s not runny.But it’s all but impossible to squeeze a drop out.I used a long skinny round “stick” to coax a tinyļ amount out, but that’s a messy task. I’ve had to use that technique before, but the bottle was transparent and the mouth of the bottle was larger.

The glue is good, holds strongly for the light duty stuff I use it for, and the gel is easy to use. Also hasn't dried up on me yet, unlike most superglue.However, not only is there a tiny little tube in a much large container, the way the outer container squeezes the tube is ridiculous. The sides are hinged at the bottom, meaning it only squeezes near the very top of the tube. This makes it impossible to get 2/3 of the glue out without cutting the outer package off.So 5/5 for the glue, but be prepared to fight off the outer shell if you want to actually use it.
