Uncovering the Rockwell B-1B Lancer (No. 22) Paperback – January 1, 2006

Awesome reference source on the B-ONE! I am a model builder and found this book to cover all the details I need to trick out my Revell 48th B-1B. I like that both the nuclear and now conventional bomb bay details are covered. The cockpit and landing gear coverages is great. This is a must for all you BONE Model builders and enthusiast.

I'm building Revell's 1/48 B1B behemoth, and this is an EXCELLENT reference! I'll be scratch building the conventional weapons launcher for CBU-87s, and this has excellent photos the CWDs.

Great item for those interested in some of the details of the B-1 aircraft. Good quality photographs of various parts of the aircraft.

A very well done book with lots of photos which would be most helpful to modelers or aircraft fans. The book brought back a lot of memories since I built these jets at Rockwell International in Columbus, OH and Palmdale,CA in the 1980s. The book is not as long as the mind blowing F-4B/J/N, etc book in this series but still very recommended for Bone fans. I hope the publisher keeps producing more books in this series. They will be well recieved.

This book is mainly aimed at modelers at it consists of section-by-section photos of the jet. However, anyone interested in the B-1 should buy it. If I go back to teach at the B-1 schoolhouse I could see myself using this book to tell a student how to a preflight inspection.
