I started off by thoroughly seasoning the pans as recommended by the seller. Followed the process of baking them twice and then the pans started to shine. I’ve used the tiny one to fry some sausages and they came out very well. Better than I expected really. But you have to give them time. If you are one of those who rely on the dishwasher to clean all your cooking pots then these are not for you. They can’t go in a dishwasher and only after thorough usage will they act like non-stick. So be vary of the limitations before you buy them.I will not however the taste of the food if properly cooked in a cast iron skillet. It is just amazing.Happy cooking.

FALLOWED INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER IN PREP BEFORE USE 2 DAYS AGO USED FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY TO MAKE 2 ROLLS AND EGG COOKER WAS ON MEDIUM HEAT LEFT TO WARM UP WITH SKILLET ON COOKER AS SOON AS I PUT BOTH EGGS INNTO THE SKILLET THE BOTH STUCK TO THE BOTTOM OF IT VERY BADLY SO BAD I HAD TO USE A WIRE SCOURER TO CLEAN IN AFTER TRYING SEVERAL OTHER MEATHODS TO RREMOVE THE STUCK EGGS WORST SKILLETS IVE EVER HAD SUPPOSED TO BE NON STICK DEFF NOT NONN STICK EVERYONE PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT ITS RUBBISH AND THE WORST THING IS THE CAST IRION SET IVE HAD FOR 30 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THAT COST A FORTUNE I GAVE TO A FRIEND ANND WONT GET BACK THIS PRODUCT AINT WORTH THE MONEY

Disclosure: I'm new to using this type of cast-iron skillets. I purchased this set to use daily on an induction stove but it's been a hassle because they are so hard to clean, get rusty with the tiniest drop and just in a couple of days it started smelling rusty and unfortunately I think it affects the taste of the food. I wouldn't recommend it for daily use if you're a rookie like me.

Excellent value for money and as long as you follow makers seasoning and cleaning instructions you can't go far wrong.Also I found plenty of tips on You Tube to get the best out of pans

The largest pan cracked after 3 months, second leaves black dots of what looks like pan coating on food. Spend the money on a different brand.
