100% useless if not dangerous (with proof)
Circuitry converts to AC, but is totally defective by Chinese design. Even instructions are in broken English. Voltage measured 195 to 208, but THERE IS NO GROUND (see photos). Fortunately, I unscrewed the panel to see what was wrong. This would NEVER pass any quality test in the USA. I would deem this device to be a FIRE HAZARD, as wiring is not even 18 gauge ... 1200 Watts at 220VAC!!! I would hesitate to power a clock motor with this, even if it did have a tiny ground wire (which would be first to burn).I suggest Amazon stop selling ALL Donxin products.
