I liked the plants nice variety were a little dry but after watering them seem to perk up. They had fallen out of their pots in packaging but were not damaged over pleased

The problem with ordering plants online is how they are packaged and how the courier handles the package.When they arrived, there was no 'fragile' or handle with care on the package, all it said was 'this way up' which is hardly an indication of the fragility of the contents.When I opened the package, soil was everywhere, and most of the plants displaced from the pots.Fortunately, none were damaged and after placing them in my own decorative pots and soil, they seem to be thriving.

I appreciate that the selection was random but this was extremely poor. While the packaging inside was good , the box did not have a 'this way up' so the label meant they were upside down. they were so dry and wilted a lot of soil and 2 of the plants had fallen out of their plant pots. Will not be recommending or buying again

I am quite happy with my little collection of plants. Packed nicely and no damaged was incurred.

Poor section and one came covered in earth and a particular type that you can’t brush off the soil.

Beautiful plants but so badly packed. 1 of the plants was totally out of the pot and upside at the other end of package quite a few bits broken off which I am hoping to root but I did say hoping they were not in a too good a state. Such, such a pity such lovely plants not loved. Just think about the packing and it would be perfect. But until I was sure that the packing had improved vastly I could not recommend you to other people.
