My goal was to find the best book on real estate crowdfunding for an upcoming book-of-the-month ...
I reviewed two real estate crowdfunding books for the CCIM bookclub [CCIM is a commercial real estate organization]. My goal was to find the best book on real estate crowdfunding for an upcoming book-of-the-month selection. However, this 48-page book had so many grammatical errors in the first three pages that I had to put the book down out of sheer frustration. The author needs to have his book proofread by a professional English proofreader! Finally, a few days later, I forced myself to read the entire book, suffering through the constant awkward, error-prone, un-proofread English text (the author is German). This author has invested his personal funds in British properties using British crowdfunding platforms. For two of his crowdfunding investments, some of the sentences describing the investments were identical including percentages carried out to two decimal places. That struck me as suspicious; were these investments real? Even setting the hundreds of grammatical errors aside for the moment, I don't feel this book is anywhere near as informative as the other book I read (and subsequently recommended for CCIM book club): "Real Estate Crowdfunding Explained" by Salvador Briggman.

"Executive Summary"
If you're looking for college text for a class like the other buyer, then this isn't the book for you.If you want an "executive summary" with the nuts and bolts of crowdfunding for real estate that you can read in 30 minutes and have a grasp of the concept, then this is a GREAT book. Worth $10 all day long.Do note that it was written prior to Title III going into effect this year but the author is very clear about that. Read this and you'll know really quick if it's something you want to look further into or not.

Short and simple overview of crowdfunding in property.. could be better
This is a decent read however it doesn't have a lot of information on the negatives of crowdfunding for the pessimists who wish to weigh pros and cons. This is a short book and can be read in an hour max, it has everything for a basic overview but could be more informative and fleshed out .
