The other reviews on here had me nervous about this product. But it is a good size (nearly as wide as my closet door), is tiered so as to allow for air flow between multiple hanging towels (not too generous with air flow here, but if it stuck out any further it would be too space invasive), has two useful hooks, and is a nice chrome color. I did take some care in the product assembly (thank you to the reviewers for recommending caution.) It is not the sturdiest thing that I have ever bought, but it works great and it only took me around 20 minutes to assemble with care. Finally, to dry a big bath towel requires folding it in half. But, it is an over the door towel rack, they don't come much wider than this one. It is a great buy and I recommend it. But, like everything else in life, treat it with care if you want it to last.

There are no bottom hooks as shown in the picture and mentioned in the description...it is shody construction and the way to hook the bars to the sidepieces is just by sliding them through a hole and putting little end caps on the end of the bars. These end pieces slide off very easily.

The screws come off a bit easy. I recently moved and now have one less rack :/ It is also a bit flimsy so tighten them well.

While it is working, it is very flimsy and was hard to put together. I never did get one of the small bolts and a nut to work, problems with the threads of one or both I would say. I did have a generic assortment of different sized nuts and bolts at home so got one to replace it but the idea is still that quality control on this is somewhat lacking. The end caps for the rods are impossible for this old woman's hands to manage so will use it without them. While it does look nice, if I had the purchase to do over I would probably spend a bit more money and find something that I could see at the store and know what the quality and makeup was before buying.

Would have preferred a stronger, more stable towel rack, but this was the only one that fit on my RV bathroom door so it does it's job just fine.

Arrived packaged well, product as advertised.

Was an ok laptop at best and now, after only 4 months it doesnt work. Plugged it in and tried everything to power it on but nothing at all. This product is an absolute piece of s***. DO NOT BUY
