Great for building hand grip!
In my quest to build on my gripping strength I came across these & after doing some research decided to buy (great price too!) I use Fat Gripz in my training & now have these, which really do work the hand & fingers due to its shape. I can imagine my grip strength will increase vastly over the next six plus months. Word of caution though to anyone thinking of buying these for bicep growth - these are more suitable for training your hands/forearms & if you go heavy you may tear your biceps from unnecessary loading to fast. If you wanna hit your biceps safer use Fat Gripz. 10/10 product at great price & really effective at making your hands work harder! Come in a little camo pouch which is quite handy for keeping them clean & together in your gym bag.

Excellent and useful fat bar grips
I purchased these grips both to improve strength and musculature of the hands and forearms, both to reduce discomfort in the shoulders, elbows and wrists in some exercises. From the first training sessions, I have seen that ectually work for this purpose. In pull ups for example, I noticed that it reduces discomfort to the shoulders and wrists. Even in the biceps curls, wrists assume a more comfortable position, and at the same time hands and forearms are most stressed. Of course, in many exercises in which you want to use the grenadier grips, you have to lower the weight, in order not to lose his grip. Recommended in all exercises for biceps and triceps and pill ups, I found useful even in these grips overhead shoulder press with barbell (recommend to calculate well the weight) and low cable rows.It uses however, can be very many, giving some novelty to your routine. The rubber material of which they are made is very good: it has the right consistency, does not smell, and being shaped grenade, does not slip.Beautiful also the storage bag to carry grips comfortably.I'm really satisfied.

Burning!
Having used fat grips and liking the burn I thought I'd invest in these too. So far very happy with the quality and the results, hits a different area to fat grips, more ergonomic too.Fat grips I find better on the bar but for Dumbbells and even band work these are tip top.

particularly good to use on a preacher curl bench or at ...
I have been using these when doing my regular back and biceps sessions and have found a lot of extra strength and size in my forearms after using these for these last few weeks, particularly good to use on a preacher curl bench or at the end of my session when I go light and use them with dumbells with concentration curls. They might feel awkward at first but persevere and go lighter and you will feel those forearms fill out.

Make them larger.
I have been trying out cylinder grips for the past weeks and found them to be comfortable, I tried your Grenadier Grips out today they are okay but a little bit small, however they do have a different type of grip, well done for making these grips, but if you could make them larger it may make a lot of difference, I hope this has been helpful to you and best of luck, they were worth a try don,t give up, all the best.

Great alternative to normal fat grips
These work as you might expect open your grip on dumbbells, bars, cable attachments and pull-up rigs. However, I wasn't expecting it to make pull ups as difficult so they must help (?). Nice alternative to using the normal fat grips that has helped with heavier training whilst also having golfer's elbow.

Time to build explosive strength
I find this product excellent to use on deadlifts and bicep curls. The extra work your muscles will do will make everything seem 50% heavier but with lighter weights. Word of caution you can get wrist and forearm pain if you don't tilt your wrist slightly when doing bicep curls. (I'm not a medical practitioner and don't claim to be its just from personal experience).

Just what you need to improve your arm
I believe that this product is quite good and different from what is available. Is quite difficult to grab big weights, you need to go lower on your weights To be able to perform with quality. Im going to the gym already for 11 years and this is amazing.
