These are probably my favorite rods I've found for under $50. I usually use spinning reals and they work perfectly. They have a bit more weight behind them, which I like because I feel like it gives me more control. Also very sensitive, when used with braid you really feel almost everything.

I haven't got to fish with it yet but I figured I would write another review after vacation. Out of the box the rod feels awesome. It's lite and feels to have good back bone to it. Sensitivity is pretty good just using the voice test but it's definitely not bad for the price point. It seems to be tough but we will see how it does on the pompano and Spanish down in Florida.

Bought 2 of these. One tip came with half a guide, one was broken testing bend-ability (at 20 degrees bend!!) and 3rd broke on first cast of a 1/2 oz setup, below the second guide. Compete trash

Nice looking rod. I ordered two of them. One eye ring is missing in the medium heavy rod top part. I have not used them yet.

Used this rod with the medium heavy tip on a bottom fishing trip for porgies and seabass in August. The rod worked pretty well with a Kasting Sharky 3000. Porgies are not huge but put up a nice little fight so the light action and sensitivity of the rod was nice and made it fun. It had enough strength and comfort to feel like it could handle bigger fish too. For the price i feel like you get a great deal. The two tod tips give you versatility too. Overall finish snd split handle nice.

I've bought several of this rods from Berrypro. I have ghe 12', the 10', 9', and broke down and got a 7' casting rod. Well, today, a little after a month and my first time using it, a 2.6' bass broke my rod between the 5th and 6th eyelet, above the section that connects to the bottom section of the rod. Can Berrypro address this issue for me, please?

Another beautiful & light rod from BERRYPRO. I will just have to trust that this rod is as strong as BERRYPRO specify it to be. It is as thin as Jawbone 7' rod, which is rated at 10-20 lbs line, and it got some bad reviews for breaking at the tip. Now if I can find a good day to fish with this rod, in the beginning of Winter.

The rod is lite and nice to handle, but the medium tip came with a broken guide, the one on top.UpdateI have been contacted by the seller, they are going to help me solving the problem.
