Easy to use habit trackers! Perfect for my colored pen addiction
Is anyone else obsessed with journaling, vision boards and lifeo rganization as I am? If you are the type of person who gets immense joy from colorful pens and keeping your life on check, this is the best book. I love having ready-to0use trackers that make keeping my day-to-day goals and thoughts in line. i love that the book talks about all the different types of trackers you can use too. Who knew that social media trackers was a thing or that i'd love it so much! But i do! The tracker combined with my iphone screen time is a good reminder of staying off technology and focusing on my other goals. Here's to finanance and business goals before I hit 33. WOO-HOO

You can't change your life without a little help.
Everyone has bad habits that they'd like to quit, but can't seem to. This book is geared toward helping people get a handle on their autopilot. I personally have been using this book to help me lose weight and gain strength with a regular gym schedule. It focuses your efforts by starting with a big picture approach and slowly narrowing in. That way, you think carefully first about what you want to accomplish, and then break it down into more manageable steps. There is also a lot of blank table space, in case you want to make your own trackers. I think it's an excellent place to start for anyone looking to meaningfully change their life.

Not a lot of Options
I bought this book in the hopes that it would be filled with different kind of trackers that I could implement and using my Bullet Journal. However it took going through most of the book to get to the first have a tracker and then it was the same five or six trackers one after another after another after another and then repeat. It repeated on anon anon with the same exact trackers. So I was really excited about the book, but actually getting to see inside of it I was less excited about what is actually in there. So what you going to get when you going to this book is one set of monthly trackers the repeat over and over. Then you’ll get one yearly tracker set. That’s pretty much it.

Be the best you can be.
If you want to keep track of what you do daily, monthly or yearly, this is the book for you. This is a ready-to-use organized way to log daily activities, moods, and goals. Rachel Watts has excellent explanations on how, what, when and why to track. At first it seems overwhelming, but with anything new, the more you become familiar with tracking, the easier it will get. There are 12 months of tracking that can be photocopied. Each month has a daily habit tracker, mood tracker, time tracker, a miscellaneous tracker (ex: exercise, financial, social media), and a monthly review. The only tools needed for this activity is colored pens.

Lots of great ideas, tips, and templates
I like these trackers! I may not use all of them, or may not use them quite as they are presented, but there's a ton of stuff there and most people should find a great deal of use out of it. I have a separate Bullet Journal that I keep my trackers in, so I'll likely adapt one for use in there (or simply photocopy it and paste it in, because I'm not great at drawing), but it's a great starting point for something I probably wouldn't work out to that depth and detail if left to my own devices.

Plenty of great trackers
This book has so many habit tracker is in there that I want to just do a bad habit just to use it I absolutely love this book full of habit tracker us and I’m using it every day thank you so much

Not what I expected
It was disappointing to look through the book and not see the tracker pictured on the front cover of the book!There are two trackers that are similar.I guess the book is just an "idea" book.I paid $15 bucks, not sure I'm happy about that price, since I didn't get what I wanted from the book.I have a printer, scanner and excel already.A different binding would be better also.Sigh.

Not as many trackers as one might think.
Disappointed. I could've made these trackers, not much effort put into these- one was just a grid and one with just boxes. ?? More like a kids book. Not much guidance on how to fill out stuff. Could easily just buy grid paper and color in squares.

This is the Only Ready to Use Habit Tracker Book You Will Need!
I just started getting in to journaling and have through this book discovered some handy dandy smart trackers. This is habit tracker book was and is a great find!

Great activity tracker book.
Very useful book for goal planning and activity tracking. Lots of good tips too. Set up to use for a whole year starting any month you like.

Good advice - but cover is misleading
There seems to be some good advice included in the book (I haven't finished reading it) but I am disappointed that the trackers shown on the front cover of the book are NOT included. Other versions of the goal and mood tracker ate available but not as pictured.
