This is great if you have fish for an extended power outage or a move. it is nice that it has two air hoses and it is re-chargeable. most of the other air pumps require D batteries which can be more expensive than the air pump. the battery life on this is amazing (have used it for about 6 hours without recharging and i am sure it would last longer) . It is cheaper than the others when you factor in the battery costs. FYI micro usb to charge

Got this because I live in Florida and we have hurricanes. I wanted to make sure my 55 gallon fish tank would have air if we had no power. So after a full charge (as directed on package) it ran for about 3 hours. Lots of air flow. Noisy somewhat. I've run it on and off within last couple weeks. Good product to have if you don't have access to power.

I never write reviews but I find this important to share.We bought three of theses to use for our Outreach programs. We used these for two months and they are already destroyed. One the charging port completely fell out. Another got very corroded inside and the last is just broken. As a conservation organization we had high hopes for these as they were rechargeable but we must go back to the battery operated kind.Quite a disappointment.
