Wasn't too hard to install (followed a YouTube video!)... but make sure you remove the sticker first--or it will smoke...and don't let your connectors drop behind the back panel. Have needle-nosed pliers handy to pull forward any shy connectors.Works better/looks hotter than original element.Fits my old 70's Kenmore oven.Happy.
