If you don't order the right size, you're screwed. Can be dangerous when taking off as it's too tight or too small. I wear a medium and got xl and it was still too small for me... careful where you order this from. Mostly manufactured in Japan or China.

Works as expected, order these at lease a size larger though, they do run small. I wear these under my normal gym clothes, you will sweat a ton and clothes will help catch all that sweat!

Excellent product, as soon as I received it I put it on to work on the patio and it definitely make you sweat a lot. I am 5'6" weight 250 and it fixed excellent.

The zipper is poor quality. I was afraid it was going to break if I tried to zip it up. The size on the vest is smaller than regular shirt size. It is not necessarily for people trying to get in shape more for people trying to dehydrate to show muscle definition.
