UPDATE....this seems to work best when my symptoms are on the more mild side. When my symptoms are really bad, I still have to use my rx.I used it last night for the first time and I'm sold. I have chronic restless leg syndrome and am on an RX for it. Usually I start to get symptoms around 7pm or so. Instead of taking my RX, I tried this cream. While I will start with a smaller amount next time as it is a bit oily and doesn't absorb quickly, the symptoms went away. I was pleasantly surprised. I went to bed a bit late and symptoms started again a little before bed but I put a little more on again and felt the same relief. I'd much rather use this than be on the RX so I am optimistic about this product. Smell of the cream didn't bother me, very mild scent. Thank you!

Good stuff ............ just too greasy for me

I ordered this because I was comfortable with the ingredients and hoped it would be a good way to get more magnesium into my daughter. It is emollient and thick. And I like to use it directly on her legs because I know she has dystonia in her legs. But I'm not sure how absorbable it is, because the lotion would later "flake off" her legs when changing her knee socks.We still use it periodically, but I found another way to get the mag in her.

This cream is great for pain (shoulder, leg, wherever) as well as using a little bit on the temples and forehead for a headache or if you are having a hard time sleeping as an awesome alternative to cbd cream. Or on your chest (over your heart) if you are stressed. Also great if put on your stomach for about 30 mins for constipation. So basically so many uses. Will not stop using for everyone in the house.

This creme works fantastic, I have ordered it twice plus recommended it to several people who couldn’t believe how fast it works. If my legs start to ache in middle of night, I put very little on them and it works like magic. I had nephew who got terrible Charlie horses at night and he tried it thinking it wouldn’t work but was shocked it worked and fast. Takes it with him when he goes on trips. So it does what it says.

I was hoping this would provide some pain relief for my shoulder. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Maybe I have the wrong kind of medical condition to respond to this remedy. Hope it works for someone else.

I have been using this product for about three months due to severe feet, leg and thigh cramps that would usually wake me up. I have used all types of creams, rubs and other remedies for the cramps. I decided to try the magnesium cream especially since I also take a magnesium supplement for the cramps. I have been pleasantly surprised at the results, this product really works. As an active and full time employed 68 year old, this product has helped me sleep and function better. I highly recommend this product for severe cramps.
