UGLY: BUYER BE WARE this is a scam ORGANIZATION the chair does not come assembled, it has almost no power feature advertised, the chair will not assist you like shown in pictures to get up. DO NOT BUY THERE IS ZERO AMAZON OR OEM SUPPORT TO RETURN.

Sometimes the chair keeps moving after I take my finger off the button. The up button always works but the reclining button sometimes works when pushed about 90% of the time it has a delay action and at times it doesn’t even work the massage button turns on and off by itself when the chair lifts up and then the reclining button doesn’t work I can’t sit down.

This is what they call nap position!! BS!! First time I recline the chair break one piece.
