Pros:1) looks like the picture2) great hand and mouth feel.3) holds a nice amount of liquid4) doesn’t feel like it would slip out your hands.Cons:1)I wish there was a silicone base like the sides. When you place the cup down it gives a slightly high pitched sound that sends a message to your brain saying “thin glass walls waiting to break the moment you accidentally put it down a little too hard’.2) rubber seal in lid very cheap, design is likely susceptible to chips when placing lid on.3) does not feel robust due to the glass being thin. It’s not for the heavy handed. And doesn’t feel like it strong enough for “on the go” type of lifestyle.Main reason for return:1)Mine had a bit of dirt trapped in the glass which couldn’t be cleaned but I’m sure that’s a one off problem.2) the lid isn’t double wall glass which becomes unbelievably piping hot from the steam of a hot beverage (tea in my case). I found the tea hot but drinkable, however the lid conducted so much heat it almost burnt my lips.

It's so hard to find quality portable cup made fully out of glass. This one has one mayor con, but I can live with it.The issue is that the lid doesn't stay securely on top, there's no any thread or lock to keep it in place. It's held with just a seal and it can actually pop up sometimes as well. You can't lift it by lid and you actually have to keep it down in place for safety when drinking. It also significantly increases overall height of whole cup as it's unnecessarily taller than it has to.I'm using this cup in car it does the job. I prefer to live with it's issues than drink from metal or plastic containers.

Have been looking for a plastic free reusable mug for ages, also one that didn’t have a silicone lid, even though silicone is food grade it takes away from the coffee taste slightly. With this one drinking the coffee through the glass lid you instantly notice the full flavour of your coffee coming through and the coffee temperature is great, I dont have to keep pre-heating my old household mugs with hot water to keep them warm. Only thing I’m nervous about is the glass itself as I can be quite clumsy so I do need to be careful with it, but it’s worth it considering this is a completely non toxic cup. Think I’ll be buying another one for hubby.

Only used this a few times, but seems to be a great little cup. Easily fits a Regular sized Costa, and keeps it warm for far longer than the standard disposable cups.Silicone band doesn't get too hot, so no issue in carrying around when full.Noticed the lid comes off fairly easily if you're carrying around in a bag, but it's not intended to be stuck in a bag whilst full, so no issue there really.Love the design, and coffee actually tastes better out of this compared to a disposable cup.Highly recommendeded.

I love this cup. It’s not leak proof but I don’t mind. This is my second cup coz the previous one broke coz of my mistake. Tea taste great in this cup and nothing can beat that. Silicone is only for holding the cup but not on the spout/ where you drink from. And I prefer this way. I hate silicone taste. So thank you for making this the way it is.

Best glass mug I’ve ever had coffee tastes so much better compared to a plastic or steel and what’s better as well is the band you hold it by. It doesn’t move at all !! The other mugs I tried the band has slipped or came off completely especially when it’s washed Highly recommend

Looks nice and is the only full glass travel mug I have come across.That said, I did read another review about its lack of quality and ignored it as an anomaly. Turns out they were right, the quality is shocking.The inner glass has cracked after literally ONE use. I didn't even get to finish the tea. Sent back for a refund and will keep looking for a full glass replacement

I LOVE THIS TRAVEL MUG I've had it a few months now and it's perfect for my car on the way to work. It can get a little tricky to clean the inside of the top but if you use your finger and a dishcloth/paper towel it'll clean up really well! All the silicone is removal ready for cleaning, and it took me ages to find the perfect travel mug because I hate the taste of metal or silicone but this it perfect because there's no taste for the mug at all. 100% recommend - I might get another, just wish I could choose another colour!
