My search is over
Iāve been searching for an artificial sweetener for baking, and I have found it. All three of these products are fantastic no aftertaste not overly priced no stomach upset. This will be my go to baking artificial sweetener option.

sweetness Is perfect!
I have tried the granulated, confectionery, and the brown sugar. I use them in baking as well. I promise you you cannot tell the difference from traditional sugar. These are just as good.As many know, I am a finicky Baker and only uses brand names, but after a friend suggested these for more healthy baking and cooking I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly please!! Surprised, I could not tell a difference in any of the these compared to traditional sweeteners!These are a much healthier approach to sweetening foods and baked goods!

Taste most like sugar!
My husband and I are on keto and this product is by far the best tasting sugar substitute that we have found. It has the least amount of after taste! We use it in our bulletproof coffee, I use it to bake our keto brownies and I even use the confectioners blend to sprinkle over our keto French toast š now, it is a bit pricey but totally worth it! Enjoy

Makes sugar-free baking worth the effort
The taste is great I will say! Iāve made an old German recipe of crumb coffee cake, oat bars and lemon bars. Each very different and using one or more types of the sugar replacement. Taste is tops!! Texture is a mixed bag.The coffee cake included granulated type. Itās like a quick bread. The cake raised and looked fine when uncut. When cut, the cake looked like it had fallen, but it really hadnāt; it was as delicious as if Iād used real sugar.The oat bars were made with brown āsugarā only. Werenāt great. No one would eat them!For the lemon bars, I used āconfectionersā. Surprisingly good (but the lemon filling didnāt seem set (a little runny) though it was baked through 100%). The texture had a bit of grit about it.So these replacements do work. Zero net carbs!!! But digestion is another matter. Two of the three of us had some digestive disruption after eating. Erthritol can cause this, so if you are new to Erthritol, the first time you bake something using Swerve donāt binge!It really is a good product.

SWERVE is the new SUGAR!
I rarely eat artificial sweetners. They taste odd. Prefered REAL cane sugar but had to limit, causing inflammation. Trying this to hopefully reduce inflammation from sugars. The PROS: Surprised at how good the texture is, ease with cooking and baking which I love to do. Of course the taste was great too. I used the brown sugar for a crumble topping. Delish! Wow!CONS: pricey. Well, we should all limit our sugar anyway! But when you need a sweet treat, make a SWERVE TREAT!

Sugar replacement
Great substitute for regular sugar. Use in baking, lemonade, anything you would use regular sugars in.
