There are endless examples of amazing color palettes in this book! If you're someone who can come up with ideas for illustrations but get stumped (or overwhelmed) when coming up with the perfect color combo, this is an awesome tool! I've been put off finishing a piece purely because I was afraid my palette choice would ruin the outcome, but this book seriously takes the edge off and provides all that I need. I'm thrilled to have found this book, and I will recommend it to anyone! :D

I do a lot of work in Microsoft office, especially in Excel, and my files require a large number of colors. I also get bored with the same old colors again and again, I find that colors people aren't used to seeing really draw their attention. I needed a way to be able to locate and use the same colors again and again from file to file and I also needed to be able to use entirely different sets of colors. This book provides the RGB codes that I need to use the colors in Excel and once I have the correct RGB code I can always locate and use the exact same color whenever I need it. I found the book so helpful that bought a second one so that I have it at my main office as well as my home office.The quality of the book is excellent. The colors are rich and true to the results you get on your computer.

Depressing color choices and a lack of inspiration! A majority of palettes are brown and purple.

I wanted a book that presented options for pallettes without all of the explanation about color theory. This book does just that. The pallettes are separated into groups and they bleed off the edge of the page to allow you to use the physical book for comparison and design. This book is just what I was looking for.

I wish the colors were grouped together- all the reds, blurs, etc.

My wife, the designer of the family, described most of the color palettes as "Mud".

Awesome...I could not find the earlier version after our move. When I saw there was a newer and bigger version i bought it right away. Love it.

Ho acquistato questo volume su consiglio di colleghi di corso e convinta di utilizzarlo per la creazione di tavole e grafiche universitarie.Non sono rimasta delusa: il volume è completo ed esaustivo, le palette son ben bilanciate e varie, anche se alcune (molto poche) non rispecchiano il mio gusto.Inoltre è strutturato in modo da prevedere una piccola parte introduttiva iniziale sulla teoria del colore a cui poi seguono tutte le palette con codici CMYK e RGB.Purtroppo, la prima consegna è arrivata con articolo con evidenti segui d'usura, quindi ho eseguito il reso. La nuova copia è arrivata senza difetti, anche se per il prezzo pagato, purtroppo la qualità della rilegatura, non è granché.Solo per questo non metto le 5 stelle all'articolo; che invece per contenuti e grafica consiglio decisamente!

Este libro me encanta porque ha sido mi base para seleccionar de la mejor manera posible los porcentajes de color que necesito para mis trabajos, mi computadora ya es vieja y siempre me ha oscurecido los colores y con este libro puede tener la certeza que el color que estoy utilizando se va a ver como dice que tiene que verse.

I sent it back and ordered a new one.Edit: the new one also came with some pages teared up due to bad handling. I'm sending it back and ordering a new one.
