Quality control
I want to first off say the delivery of this items with Prime is amazing. I ordered this as a gift for a housewarming. I received it in one day. When I received it and opened it I was disappointed the decal was off center and crooked. I figured this was just a very poor quality control issue so I ordered another one. The 2nd one I received was perfect. I think I would have been more upset if I didn’t have prime with free returns. The tray is great for the price of $16. Anything more and it would be a ripoff.

Very disappointed with this tray. Very cheap looking and cheap feel to it. Wish I returned it. Cannot even give it for a white elephant gift because it cost too much. Sitting in a closet where it will stay. Sorry Brownlow. Thought it would be more elegant for a house gift. I don’t like to give negative reviews but wya too costly for the look.

Poor print quality, but sturdy tray
The print wasn’t finished. Part of the “y” was missing, which cheapened the look of the tray. I didn’t have time to return it - shame on me for assuming I wouldn’t need to worry about that.

Stability
The tray is nice, not as thick as i had thought it would be, but I think it should be ok for carrying drinks. Had it been a little more study I would have given it a 5.
