Amazingly beautiful!!
Wash in warm soapy water. Rinse with tap water, cold then hot (1 minute each temp) three times. Allow to cool naturally. Watch the "stars" shine.

Too dark to see sparkles under ordinary lighting
This sphere is very dark. It’s hard to see the blue sparkles unless you put it under intense light. I guess I expected it to look more like the coppery color of gold stone, which is quite bright.
