The Teen Spell Book: Magick for Young Witches Paperback – August 15, 2001

This book isn't only awesome for teens starting out, it is also great for those who don't have a whole lot of money to spend on items for spells. I actually thought this was one of the books that I ordered for myself, and then realized it was one I ordered for my daughter. I do plan on ordering another one just for me.

This book is really good. It is a book I would recommend for any teen. Lots of great information about spirit and really beautiful. I'd say the title is a little hokey and the book is just really great. Highly recommended for a teen who is interested in alternatives to traditional religion.

I love this book! I am new to Wicca and this book really helped me get started. It taught me how to do the spells, not just gave me the spells. I also recommend The Enchanted Dairy by the same author. It really helped as well. I was sorta confused what to do to start, this was a wonderful start.

Packed full of general reference info for learners and a lot of cute spells for the worries of a teen! I think it's so neat and I wish I had this book when I was a teenager!

Perfect for my 11 year old who I don't want to get in to this sort of thing but, let her imagination run wild... not demonic like other books I've found like this.

I bought this book for my son, who has been interested in Wicca for some time. It is a wonderful book. It gives background and information on many area of Wicca as well as some spells.

The Teen Spell Book was, for me, a mediocre experience. On the one hand, it provided lots of useful information about Wicca/Witchcraft and the basic principles. However, it was written a bit quickly and did not provide much information about how to use the information given. The way in which the information was presented was a bit boring too, but that is less important. Also, the majority of the spells were completely arbitrary and should not be needed by anyone who can think for himself/herself. For example, take the "Forgive Someone" spell. Why would anyone need a spell to forgive another? One should be able to forgive someone else without having to cast a spell on themselves. However, it did provide references to other resources and many methods of practicing witchcraft. I would recommend it to anyone who hopes to learn some of the basics, but if you are only looking for spells, don't waste your time.

Bought this for my daughter. She loves it. I went through it before giving it to her. I like it as well
