OH so good and are packaged in cloth, NO Microplastics! Wonderful soup, so much good protein.

All of the products from this company are clean and tasty. I made many delicious dishes. No stones or debris found.

The quality of these lentils is superb. Shiny, almost as if each had been polished, uniform in size like beautiful beads. No musty odor, the way old legumes smell, a clean aroma raw or cooked. No cracked or broken lentils, no pebbles or stones in the bag. Cooked up well, 10 minutes in a pressure cooker delivered a tasty, barely firm texture. Will order again.

I love lentils. I got into using them recently and could only find green and red at my store. I have been wanting to try brown for their nice substitution for burger. I'm obsessed with this bag they come in, I love they aren't in plastic. My daughter already wants to keep it but I might keep it for a produce bag or something after we use the lentils. The lentils are so perfect and cook so wonderfully, I've made sloppy joes with them and my family devoured them (we usually did ground beef). The texture is perfect. I plan on buying these again!

This is the second time I’ve order. The first was a while ago (2 years I think?). The first order lasted until now and the only reason it took so long for me to use them was that I thought they had to be soaked over night and I never really has the time to do that and forgot about them. Recently, I was cleaning out my pantry and found them again and decided I would try just making some soup quickly with them by throwing them in a pot with water to see if they would cook up well without soaking. Well, they did and I used them up in a couple of months. I’m attaching a recipe I created, really simple, using just water and some fresh sautéed garlic and onion to create an earthy broth from the brown lentils.

Although the lentils are very small I have to say they are delicious. Love Love the packaging. Nutritious high in protein. Will absolutely purchase again.

These are good! They cook fairly quickly ! They taste great however they don't make the prettiest Daal ! The type im used to makes a glossier prettier Daal this makes a dull slightly ugly lentil soup!
