finished my first bottle & about a week later really noticed the drag in my 60min treadmill workout. by my 2nd week I had to order another bottle & sure enough my energy in my workouts kicked in! this stuff really does make you have the stamina to work out 1/4 to 1/2 as much longer or harder than you normally would! Apparently, it's supposed to help you drop pounds even without working out (saw on dr oz), but i've only ever used while on a workout regime for the last 5 months. I am now taking CLA & adding coconut oil to take alongside this calcium pyruvate in my weight loss journey (CLA & CO help to remove belly fat & it's totally working)! If you need a boost in your weight loss efforts these things have been a godsend! I cannot recommend it enough! btw Dr. Oz recommended 6g of calcium pyruvate so i take 3 CP pills at breakfast, 2 at lunch & 2 at dinner... with that dosage I found a bottle lasts me 2 months. I've had absolutely no side effects. LOVE IT!

It takes time to work, but it does work!

I bought this product because of the great price for 300 capsules. I took the Calcium Pyruvate for 4 months and then stopped after my Dr. warned me that this substance was known to cause Kidney stones.

I love that I can get this in a large bottle. Im on a low carb plan and its nice that I don't have to go in to get these all then time.

I've taken this before with a low saturated fat diet (max 10 grams a day) I think it helped shrink my thighs!
