Bought this and didn't open it for a few weeks while getting my plant area ready. It had been stored safely.Turned it on and only *1* of the lights worked!!Learn from my mistake - test yours as soon as you can after receiving it.

I purchased one of these from amazon to try out, and liked it so much I got a second one. They are a little flimsy where they connect the top to the tripod piece but knowing that I'm careful with them and support them properly when I move them around which isn't too often. My wife likes using the timer feature, and that works really well. We used to just use a regular lamp with a grow light but these new LED grow lights throw off much more light and we positioned one higher and the other one lower to get all the plants we have in the corner of our front room. It's been months and the plants are doing very well with these lights. Just be sure to shop around because they are generic lights and I think a few sellers offer the same ones under different names.

My office is a cinder block bunker in a warehouse and receives zero natural light. The cfl office lights weren’t enough to keep even the hardiest of houseplants alive. Since setting up this grow light I’ve actually had to start propagating one of the spider plants in there and even the plants further away are thriving.

This is my 4th grow light in this style, but the first on a tripod. I am thrilled with two of them, one completely died within about a month, and then this one turns itself off prematurely. I will set the timer for either 8 or 12 hours and I go back to check on it and in about 45 minutes, it has turned itself off. Seems to happen the most often when I use the ALL lights setting (red, blue, and white) with the timer. Less so when I don't use the timer, and even less so when I only use one of the light colors. Disappointing.

Bought this in April, didn’t take out of box right away until 2 weeks later. Opened the box, the top part was broken and wouldn’t screw into the based. The company replaced it and I got the replacement on 9 may. Put it together, turned it on. A week later it turn itself off, the timer would not stay on or the lamps would go off. Yesterday I go to pick up the stand to adjust the lamps when it broke in half. The screw holding the to pieces together is too small to hold the weight of the 4 upper lamps. My ability to ask for a replacement/refund policy has Expired. Don’t buy this flimsy device that only works half the time.

Very sturdy and it was really nice to find a plant stand that wasn’t a clip on.

Bought this more expensive plant light hoping for better quality but one of the light rods stopped working quickly but 6 months later the other 3 rods are still working so medium quality. The adjustable tripod stand is nice, better than clip on grow lights for positioning.

Was moving the arm of the light and the bolt holding the light to the extension broke. Not understanding how that happened. Seems pretty cheaply made.
