Tastes great. I add to water and drink before and after eating. It's supposed to create an alkaline environment in the stomach allowing for better digestion. I'm always willing to try something that helps digestion and so far it does work. Besides I always sprinkle this salt on my meals. It adds a great taste.

This salt tastes ok but smells like boiled eggs due to the high sulphur content.
