Not a Time Saver Yet
We haven't yet tried the recipes, but they appear to be good. The time-saving aspect, however, misses the boat.The book has no index, and, since items in the table of contents are not alphabetized, it takes a while to locate a food item listed in the two-week plan even after you figure out which section of the book the item is in. For example, try finding a grilled cheese sandwich.To be really time saving, the two-week plan should list carbs, fat, protein & calories for each food item and for the day total right below the individual items in the plan. This is important because, on 1700 calories a day, I would gain weight, and my husband would lose weight (which he cannot afford to do). To adapt the meal plan to our needs, I would have to put in 4-5 hours looking up and writing out macro counts for each of the 54 food items in the small boxes of the chart. Making an index in a single alphabet is just too much work.A good, time saving keto cookbook book would include a single alphabetized index, and macro counts for carbs, fats, protein & calories for each item written right on the 2-week plan.Another thing that I would love to have which I rarely find in keto cookbooks is the weight of individual servings. Not having the total weight or serving size weight, I have to weigh pots of cooked food in order to determine the weight of a single portion. We often forget to do this and then have to guess. Color pictures at least at the beginning of each section would also be an appealing addition.I hope you consider writing another edition of this book, since you are on the right track. I would definitely purchase an updated version if these things were included since having a an easily adaptable 2-week meal plan save would save us an immense amount of time.

Poorly edited.
There are good recipes, but the editing was poor. Some of my recipes have no measurements. There is a box with a question mark. So those are useless.

Ideas for keto cooking
I was really looking for great ideas for chicken. I was not disappointed. We do not care for chicken unless it is deep fried. I now have lots of great recipe. My husband does not like food with lots of ingredients. He loved the chicken and bacon rollups, walnut crusted chicken and the pork rind fried chicken. Breakfast is our main meal. I liked the recipes using avocados, turkey sausage and zucchini. We are both diabetic so we watch our carbs and sugar. Lots of other great recipes. I had never used swerve sweetener. It tastes great. I make a great cherry pie, chocolate chip cookies called for brown sugar added a bit of molasses to the white sugar, worked great. Great cookbook.

The book is good and all that but many recipes have more than 5 ingredients and you can tell many recipies are copy and paste from other sources as there are spelling mistakes and measurements aren't there.

A little disappointing
I have read most of the contents of this book and there are quite a few inaccuracies. For example the recipe is called Vegan mushroom pizza and the 1st ingredient is to use ghee which is not vegan as it is dairy. Also some of the calorie values are not correct. I could go on but some might think I don't have anything better to do.

Needs Proof reading!
Quite a few spelling and grammatical errors in this book. Not one I would recommend and probably won't use this much.

Mixed reactions.
I bought this book for a friend, she thinks it is marvellous & uses it all the time. For me personally it does nothing for me.
