GUS Mini Necklace Pill Fob, Made in USA, Emergency Aspirin Holder, 24 Inch Necklace

Very high quality materials. Exactly as described and I use this every day.

Solid build, nice to hold. This came from a proper machine shop.It is a little pricy though, and that's what keeps it from being a 5 star item.I bought this to hold my Apple Pencil charging adapter to not lose it. The dimensions given don't account for the depth of the cap entering the body, so beware of that if you are trying to fit a particular item in this. The cap has a drilled out recess, but it isn't the same inside diameter as the barrel.

Got this necklace for my dad who suffers from PTSD and has had two heart attacks. He can easily fit 2 Nitroglycerin pills for a heart attack and 2 Xanax pills for PTSD attack. He told me he would never wear one of these necklaces but he hasn't taken it off since the day I gave it to him, he can even wear it in the shower or swimming pool. Well made product, made in the U.S.A. It's worth the extra money compared to the cheaper ones made in China. The made in the U.S.A. was a big deal for me and my dad. We always try to buy American made products. Great buy.

It's very well made, but It is a lot bigger than I expected and I won't be able to wear it around my neck...It's just too heavy for me to wear, (which is what I really need). I plan to just carry it in my pocket for now. I don't like the idea of using it on my key chain because I don't have them on me at all times. I'll probably look for something a little smaller and lighter. I just need something to carry 4-5 Nitro and aspirin pills at all times.The attached picture shows that I can probably put a ton of pills in there...

This was the only necklace I could find that would fit my larger pills without being humongous. I needed something that would basically fit at least 3 regular (not low-dose) aspirin sized pills. This works very well and it is well sealed against moisture. I'm not sure, but I believe it would be water proof. The chain is like a dog tag chain, which doesn't bother me, and you can always buy a nicer chain if you'd like.

This is a high quality product and I am very happy with my purchase decision. I have taken the fob off the necklace and attached it to my key ring and, at times, remove it and attach to the key holder clip in my backpack or Camelbak hydration pack. The fob is, as advertised, well designed and of a very high quality, solid and durable stainless steel.

I don't suggest this for long pills like Excedrin. I ended up purchasing the original for keys and a magnum fob for my luggage. I gave this one to a friend. The GUS website lists the exact internal sizes so it's worth checking your pills with a ruler or calipers if you have them. Excellent construction on all, they really should last a lifetime of use.

Excellent pill fob! It very securely holds my husband's nitroglycerin tablets. His previous fob (which I purchased at a discount drugstore) was poorly made and far too small, as the pills were difficult to remove. Comparing the two, I decided that if whatever pills are inside are important enough to always be on your person, it's important to spend money on quality. We are extremely happy with this purchase.
