Worked great Horizon E-3.3 Elliptical Trainer
After several years of intermittent service (kept loosing power to Trainer) I lost the power supply during a move.This one fits perfectly. It’s a more snug fit than the power supply that came with the unit.

I use a Luxli photography light on a tripod as a desk lamp. It looks cool and minimalist and this adapter saves me the trouble of recharging the battery.
